The Cause

The Cause is an award winning, fully independent multi venue dance music institution. We are a vital part of London’s nightlife ecosystem and we pride ourself in supporting charitable causes and championing underground dance music. Our open-door policy welcomes everyone equally, regardless of musical tastes, gender, race, class, age, sexual persuasion or kinks.

Since the closure of our beloved venue in the heart of Tottenham back in January, we have worked round the clock to secure some exciting new opportunities to keep the crew together and find a new home.

We have finally found new locations across London, and in order to launch with a bang, we need to grow our family.

That's where you come in… We are looking for general staff that would like to start a career inside club culture and have a hand in the running of a busy music venue. Our business revolves around drinks sales, so your role, like most of our roles at the company, will revolve around the day to day running of our high volume bars. We can also offer you a chance to learn and develop your skills in operations, artist liaison assistance, venue tech, site management and anything else that goes into running a busy club.
