Description

We are looking for passionate, motivated and friendly people to join our Welfare team delivering events at fabric. Experience is not needed; full training will be given but must be eligible to work in the UK.

The candidate must be able to provide a full NI number, valid bank details and a document that shows that they are eligible to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

- greet customers with a smile

- respond to requests and questions in a polite, professional and friendly

manner to both customers and staff

- to identify customers in need of help (lost items, lost friends, unwell etc.)

- assist and advise customers

- refer in compliance with company Brief Intervention policy

- work very closely with the medical team, venue management and security team

- comply with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times

- set up and break down of the welfare centre every shift

- customer service orientation

- team member

- high energy level

- handle a fast-paced work environment

 

The Successful Candidate will display:

Weekly Hours: Up to 30 hours per week

Pay Rate: £10.81 per hour
