Bar Manager

E1 is a night club based in East London with state-of-the-art sound and production facilities. E1’s flexible 24-hour license means it holds a diverse and wide-ranging portfolio of music events. We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team.

We need someone highly organised, tenacious, enthusiastic and hardworking to oversee the day-to-day management of the bars.

You will need:

• Experience in a multi-bar high volume environment

• Knowledge and experience of managing multi-site venues

• Strong leadership skills with experience training and developing staff

• In depth knowledge of the beverage industry including cocktails

• To be a real ‘Hands On ‘manager, leading from the front

• An excellent understanding of financials and stock management

• Experience of managing permanent and casual staff

• Flexibility and adaptability

• A strong focus on the guest experience
