The Broadwick Spaces Marketing team leads best-in-class brand and marketing campaigns to audiences across our portfolio of venues.

We work collaboratively with in-house design and creative teams as well as our partners to build and deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness through innovation and creativity.

We’re a passionate and dedicated team with strong values and a vision for the future of live events and hybrid culture spaces. We are focussed on helping the Broadwick brands to authentically build their communities.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, Marketing Strategist or Project Manager with marketing experience to implement the B2B marketing strategy for our portfolio of venues. It’s important the person in question has experience delivering highly successful campaigns across channels and a proven record of driving brand awareness, audience acquisition and sales enquiries generation.

This role would be perfect for someone who loves and is used to a fast paced, busy environment where managing many workstreams at the same time is the norm. The perfect candidate is used to working with creatives (designers, writers, photographers, videographers etc) and thrives as a member of a highly collaborative team that interfaces with many stakeholders at any given time.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Marketing

  • Contributing to the definition and lead on the delivery and monitoring of the Spaces marketing plan with a view to both grow our brands and generate quality enquiries that our sales team can convert.
  • Building and implementing creative marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and loyalty and generate good quality enquiries, from development to launch.
  • Delivering brands ensuring consistency across marketing communications.
  • Working collaboratively with our Design team to build engaging content that consistently presents our brands to the highest of standards to drive sales enquiries and conversions.
  • Delivering engaging comms plans across all relevant marketing channels to drive brand awareness and loyalty (including email marketing).
  • Management of the social media channels.
  • Tracking performance and monitoring key metrics that align to our marketing objectives.
  • Capturing and analysing data to create insights we can use to inform the marketing plan and adjust our work as needed
  • Project managing capturing content in-event to successfully promote on-site activity.
  • Managing relations with Head of Spaces and other members of the Spaces business as needed to ensure they understand, align and contribute to the definition and execution of the marketing plan.

  • Communicating your training needs and actively participating in your own development in line with the line manager’s expectations.
  • Creating a work environment that aligns with Broadwick values and principles.

  • Carrying out ad hoc duties when required to.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Ability to drive processes and projects and become the go to person for all members of the team. You do not need to line manage people or teams for them to see you as a leader and take your direction.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in a strategic and proactive manner.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritising. A certificate in project management and knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
  • Experience of writing briefs for creatives and holding teams accountable to deliver against briefs.
  • Experience of delivering content that perfectly aligns with a brand tone of voice, reviewing copywriters' work and when needed writing for B2B audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and utmost attention to detail.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and the trends that are shaping them. Ability to shape social media strategies and tactics that deliver against targets or to manage agencies as they do it on our behalf.
  • Experience using Mailchimp (or other CRM platforms).
  • Experiencing using website content management systems.
  • Independent and dedicated, with a thirst for getting stuck in.
  • Excellent written English and be numerate.
  • A drive to learn new skills.
  • Intellectually curious with an analytical and process-oriented mind-set.
  • Paid media experience (either alongside an agency or in-house).
  • At least a basic understanding of PR and how it supports marketing and brand building.
